This is going to take forever...
According to Microsoft Word, I typed out a little over 10,000 words today. It took hours. I still have one more section of my notebook to copy onto my computer. Then it's four more notebooks to go.
Ah, this is the fine print of fiction writing -- the drudge-work that no one warns you about :)
Just keep typing one letter after another; soon, the process of paper to pixels will be over and you can get on with that other wonderful phase: editing :)

Can't I just hire a monkey to do the work for me? ;_;
Are the words from today's blog included in the 10k? ;-)
You can hire professional typists, but the cost is liable to be prohibitive....
Good luck :-) As Scott says, if you just keep at it, it will be over eventually.
